MedVenture Technology manufactures sterile / non-sterile medical devices. They are packaged in controlled-environment areas which are monitored and controlled to minimize contaminates. The controlled-environment areas undergo routine monitoring for microbiological levels, particulate counts and overpressures. Product may be monitored for bioburden and endotoxin.
Our assembly capabilities include, but are not limited to: packaging (tray and pouch), ultrasonic welding, pad printing, and adhesives.
Every product is assembled by a highly trained assembly team, guided by in-house Design, Manufacturing, Process and Quality Engineers, and fully supported by internal fixture and special machinery technicians.
