MedVenture Technology dedicates resources to building a strong community. Employees passionate about a charitable organization are encouraged to share their enthusiasm at work. Volunteers are recruited, donations are accepted, and families all around us benefit from these efforts.
We proudly support these organizations while they profoundly influence the lives of families in our community:
YMCA Safe Place
MedVenture’s president Kevin Bramer serves on the local Board of Directors of YMCA Safe Place, an innovative program assisting young people in crisis. Since 2002, MedVenture has financially contributed to the Safe Place program, supporting their mission of providing a haven for children in acute distress, while connecting them with the agencies that can meet their needs.
Dare To Care Kids Café
MedVenture holds a collection of food and art supplies for the Dare to Care Kids Café . This program provides free meals and enrichment opportunities to children living in areas of high poverty. The children are served at local churches, YMCAs, or community centers.
Special Olympics
MedVenture assembles teams of volunteers for an annual basketball tournament held by Special Olympics Kentucky. By giving their time and attention, they provide challenging and exciting athletic experiences for children and adults with intellectual disabilities.
United Way
MedVenture participates in the United Way’s annual fundraising campaign. Through financial donations, MedVenture participates in the United Way’s many humanitarian programs to help people who are in crisis, and to help families thrive.
Soldier Drive
MedVenture employees have organized a donation campaign to provide items to our men and women serving in the military. Our Soldier Drive sent food items and daily care products to military personnel who are currently doing without the amenities of home.
Red Cross
MedVenture employees sponsor an annual blood drive for the Red Cross. This enables the agency to save lives through the blood products it supplies to thousands of hospitals across the United States.
Holiday Fundraisers
MedVenture helps families celebrate the holidays by raising money for gifts and food. Each year we choose someone to sponsor for the season. In 2006, employees raised funds that went to a group home for boys.
